We are looking for an Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coliving space in Indore. If you’re passionate about hospitality, community building, and creating exceptional living experiences, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Resident Relations: Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate with staff members such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel.
• Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep of the property, ensuring all common areas, utilities, and amenities are well-maintained.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage procurement and stock of supplies, equipment, and other essentials.
• Community Engagement: Organize events, activities, and workshops to foster a sense of community among residents.
• Budget & Expense Management: Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools (preferred).
• Passion for creating positive resident experiences and building communities.
