Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Madhuma Global, we strive to provide exceptional coworking and coliving experiences to our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings. By using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to all bookings for coworking and coliving spaces made directly through Madhuma Global, including online, in-person, or via third-party platforms. Additional terms may apply for specific promotions or events, which will be outlined at the time of booking.


2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Coworking Space

  • Hourly or Daily Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be refunded.

  • Monthly or Longer-Term Memberships: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Late cancellations will result in a charge for the upcoming billing period.

2.2 Coliving Space

  • Short-Term Stays (Less than 30 Days): Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

  • Long-Term Stays (30 Days or More): Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • The cancellation meets the deadlines outlined in the cancellation policy.

  • The refund request is made through the original booking channel.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3.3 Non-Refundable Charges

  • Booking fees, taxes, and promotional discounts applied to bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Any damage or penalty fees as outlined in the terms of service are non-refundable.


4. Modifications to Bookings

4.1 Coworking Space

  • Modifications to booking dates or times are subject to availability.

  • Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will incur a rebooking fee.

4.2 Coliving Space

  • Changes to the check-in or check-out dates must be requested at least 7 days in advance for short-term stays and 15 days in advance for long-term stays.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


5. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in or utilize the booked space without prior notice will result in the full charge of the booking. No refunds will be provided in such cases.


6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Madhuma Global reserves the right to offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling or credits, in lieu of refunds.
